Dr. Malcolm McLean
Dr. Malcolm McLean graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 1984. He spent his first 2 years gaining experience working in several private practices in Melbourne prior to travelling and working in London for the next 2 years. Malcolm returned to Australia in 1989 and has been a resident of the Peninsula, working at Rosebud Dental Group since then. He enjoys the diversity that a family general practice offers him as a dentist.
Outside work Malcolm enjoys travel and running and is a keen Hawks supporter and has also completed 4 Oxfam Melbourne trailwalker 100km endurance events. Malcolm volunteers his time as a dentist in Timor Leste, Vietnam and Cambodia, and is a fellow of the International College of Dentists.
Dr. Mindy Cameron
“I am a wellbeing enthusiast and I want to help my patients achieve beautiful and healthy teeth for life. I especially enjoy putting patients with dental anxiety at ease and I am privileged to provide dental care for the community in and around Rosebud.”
Dr Mindy Cameron graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Dental Science in 2009, and worked in the public sector before starting at Rosebud Dental Group in 2011.
Mindy is dedicated to continuing education and excellence by regularly attending courses throughout Australia and overseas.
When not in the clinic, Mindy can be found exploring the Mornington Peninsula walking tracks and beaches with her family, taking photos, and enjoying the local food places.
Dr. Will Tang
Dr. Will Tang grew up in Brisbane where he also obtained a Bachelor of Dental Science degree at the University of Queensland in 2010. After graduating, Will spent some time working in Queensland Health in 2011 to further hone his skills in oral surgery and emergency dental treatment. Since then he has also worked in private practices in Cairns and Ballarat before joining the team at Rosebud Dental Group in 2015.
Will enjoys answering any questions the patient asks him as he understands that this is the first step towards finding the most suitable treatment for the patient. Will is always on the lookout to further his knowledge and has completed many courses that update his clinical skills and knowledge. Currently he is enjoying the expanding field of implant dentistry and oral surgery.
Outside of work Will loves to excercise and enjoys watching soccer. He also loves to travel and eat.
Dr. Ella Jin
Dr. Ella Jin graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2012 and has been caring for patients on the Mornington Peninsula since 2013. Ella is a strong believer of gentle dentistry and always aims to provide the most pleasant dental experience for all patients. She has a philosophy of treating her patients like her own family.
Ella has a keen interest in Orthodontics, she has completed Progressive Orthodontic Seminars and is able to provide certain removable and fixed orthodontic treatments to children and adults. For more complex cases where a specialist is required a referral to an orthodontic specialist is given.
Besides work Ella enjoys bush walking and exploring what the beautiful Peninsula has to offer.
Dr. Elaine Cant
Dr. Elaine Cant graduated from the University of Dundee in 1990 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and ran her own successful dental practice in Scotland for 19 years, a family orientated clinic that shared the same values as Rosebud Dental Group. Elaine moved to Australia with her family in 2013 and worked in Mornington prior to joining Rosebud Dental Group in 2017. A Rosebud local with a wealth of knowledge Elaine is skilled in all aspects of general dentistry with a special interest in Periodontics or gum disease. Outside of work Elaine leads a busy life with her husband and 3 children and enjoys working close to home in the community where she lives.
Dr. Rachel Etzion
Rachel is originally from Melbourne and is thrilled to move to the Mornington Peninsula to join the team at Rosebud Dental Group.
After considering a variety of vocational qualifications, she embarked on the long and winding road to become a Dentist and is now a proud graduate of The University of Melbourne. She was grateful to have trained in both the public and private sectors throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria and is looking forward to joining a dental practice that is so community-oriented.
Rachel enthusiastically enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is looking forward to meeting members of her new local community and helping them achieve an optimal level of dental health. She is keenly interested in contemporary treatment advances and has a commitment to excellence and life-long learning.
Beyond dentistry, Rachel is busy exploring the Peninsula, seeking out hikes, beaches and cute cafes to do the crossword.
Dr. Cory Dean
Dr. Cory Dean graduated with honours from the University of Adelaide in 2013. Upon graduating he returned to Victoria to work for just over two years before venturing overseas to work in British Columbia, Canada. Cory worked in multiple practices on the West Coast before settling in Nelson, a small ski town in British Columbia. He and his Canadian partner, Ashley, decided to return to Australia in 2018 to experience a similar small community and outdoor lifestyle in the North-West of Tasmania. The pair have since moved to Victoria to be closer to family and experience life on the Peninsula.
In addition to work as a general dentist Cory has varied experience working in the Special Needs Unit at the Adelaide Dental Hospital, as a visiting dentist for residential and respite care at Castlemaine Health, in the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre Dental Oncology Unit and for the Vancouver Native Health Society. He is a current member of the Australian Dental Association, a member of various study clubs and keeps up to date with current dental technology. Cory is a compassionate dentist with a broad skill set. He looks forward to meeting your dental needs.
Outside of dentistry Cory is interested in bike repair, experimental gardening, bush walking, open water swimming and learning French.
Dr. Tom Barrett
After graduating from London University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Dr. Barrett moved to Australia in 1977. He then practiced in Boronia for 20 years before taking a position as a principal dentist in both Queensland Health and D.H.S.V. He joined the practice in 2005. He has a wide range of experience in all areas of dentistry with a special interest in special needs dentistry and dentistry for the ageing population.
Outside dentistry he has been an active Rotarian for 30 years and is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Mt. Martha and was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow in 2016 for services to the community. He regularly volunteers his time to the Royal Flying Doctors Service (VIC). He is also very active in the local theatre being a member of the Frankston Theatre Group.

Hope Weston - Practice Manager
Hope began her career in dentistry as a trainee dental assistant in 2001. After completing her Certificate III in Dental Assisting she then completed her Diploma of Practice Management. Hope joined the Rosebud Dental Group team in 2010 and manages the complex day to day running of our practice and maintains our voluntary accreditation standards.
